New Features
Manage User Capacity Changes
Would you like to filter users in the manage user capacity based on who is in your team? Now you can with the addition of the Show My Team checkbox. If selected, the table is filtered to only show the current User and Users whose Manager is the current User.
Easy Calendar: Allow Time Entry for Future Dates
Would you like to log time on the Easy Calendar for dates in the future? Now you can by simply changing the time tracking settings easy calendar future date logging. Read more.
Hide or Default the Account Field on Easy Calendar and Batch Entry
Do you want it to be easier for users to enter time on the Batch Entry or Easy Calendar? Now it is!
You can autofill or hide the Account based on the second record that is selected. Custom Meta-Data Records will need to be created first.

Easy Calendar: Multiple Time Tracking's Warning
If the Entered For User has more than one existing Time Tracking Summary record for a particular day, the time for that day canāt be edited in the Easy Calendar. Time can be edited only if there arenāt any existing Time Tracking Summary records or exactly one Time Tracking Summary record exists.
Hover over a dateās warning icon to display clickable links to the āduplicateā Time Tracking Summary records.
Track Time in Minutes
In the time tracking application you can now have users track time in minutes or hours! Click here to learn more how to enable this feature in your Salesforce.
Stopwatch: Retain Default Options
Previously with the Stopwatch anytime you started a timer it would clear out the values for the account and the second record. In this new version the default values will be retained on a record page. If you do not have any default values set in the stopwatch those values will be cleared out.
Enable Time Tracking for Experience Cloud
You can now use the Stopwatch, Batch Entry, and Easy Calendar in Experience Cloud. Experience cloud is a great way to give non-Salesforce users a limited access to your Salesforce. For a fraction of the cost, as low as $10 per user ($5 Salesforce and $5 Time Tracking App). Read more.
Batch Entry: Next Button not working after a certain amount of time
Based on customer feedback, there was an error when entering data in the Batch Entry and then leaving for more than 15 minutes. The screen would freeze, causing you to have to renter your data. This has been resolved and tested in this release.
