    DRAFT - Pending open Case with Salesforce.

    If you are not able to modify your licenses when you go to the AppExchange and get the following error below.

    This is due to Salesforce AppExchange is not syncing correctly with Stripe, the payment processor.

    You will need to re-install the application in Production and re-setup your payment information.

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

    1. Go to the AppExchange listing and click Get it Now.
