Manage Subscription not working on Salesforce AppExchange

Are you getting this error when going to the AppExchange to manage your subscription?

Error Message

This happens if the initial payment method used was either declined or sometimes when another other payment method was used for your subscription. This means the AppExchange and Stripe (the payment processor) are no longer in sync.

Steps to Remedy

  1. Contact Fostering to cancel your current subscription in Stripe

    1. *Wait for this to be completed before going to step 2*

  2. Go to the Time Tracking App Listing and click the Get it Now button.

  3. You may need to login into the AppExchange if you are not already with your username for your production Salesforce org

  4. Choose to Install in Production

  5. Enter your billing information

  6. Enter your number of licenses

  7. Enter your payment information. It is best to use a credit card for payment, this has the least chance of error. Bank transfers can take days to verify which may cancel your subscription.

 

After these steps have been completed, go to the AppExchange and try the Manage Subscription option again.
