Overview

In certain cases, such as for troubleshooting assistance, you may want to grant C323 Support login access into your Salesforce org. Follow the steps in this article to grant login access to C323 Support.

Walkthrough

Follow these steps to grant login access to C323 LLC Support:

1. Log into your Salesforce org as a User with System Administrator permissions.

2. Click your user picture in the top-right corner of the page, and then click Settings.

3. On the Settings page, click Grant Account Login Access in the left navigation.

4. Next to C323 Support, select the amount of time for which you’d like to grant C323 Support access to your Salesforce org.

5. Click Save.

6. Email matt@c323.app to notify C323 Support that you have granted login access.
