Overview

In certain cases, such as for troubleshooting assistance, you may want to grant Fostering Support login access into your Salesforce org. Follow the steps in this article to grant login access to Fostering Support.

Walkthrough

Follow these steps to grant login access to Fostering LLC Support:

1. Log into your Salesforce org as a User with System Administrator permissions.

2. Click your user picture in the top-right corner of the page, and then click Settings.

3. On the Settings page, click Grant Account Login Access in the left navigation.

4. Next to Fostering LLC Support, select the amount of time for which you’d like to grant Fostering Support access to your Salesforce org.

5. Click Save.

6. Email support@fosteringllc.com to notify Fostering Support that you have granted login access.
