Overview
This article outlines how to manage Time Tracking App licenses.
Manage Licenses via AppExchange
Navigate to the Salesforce AppExchange.
Log into the AppExchange as the User in the Salesforce org where the App is installed.
Click your picture in the top right, and then click My Installs and Subscriptions.
If you do not see My Installs and Subscriptions this means you are not a System Administrator or do not have the necessary permissions. See this article on how to add these permissions if you are not a System Administrator.
If you are have more than one Salesforce org, you may need to change the selected org using the Viewing As option.
In the row for the desired App’s listing, click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the listing, and then choose Manage Subscription.
On the Manage Subscription page, you can do the following:
Modify your information.
Add or remove Users/Licenses.
Edit your payment method.
Cancel your subscription.
If the display on your screen does not match the image below, please refer to the troubleshooting section located at the bottom of this page.
Assign Licenses in your Salesforce Org
After purchasing the desired number of licenses in AppExchange (outlined above), follow the below steps to assign licenses to users in your Salesforce org.
Log into your Salesforce org.
Navigate to the Setup menu.
In Quick Find box, type "Installed Packages", and then click Installed Packages.
Next to the Time Tracking package, click Manage Licenses.
On the Manage Licenses page, you can see the number of available licenses and the number of licenses that have already been assigned. This number should align with the number of users you have in the AppExchange Subscription.
Click Add Users to assign App licenses to the users you would like to have access to the App.
Cancel Your Subscription
Navigate to the Salesforce AppExchange.
Log into the AppExchange as the User in the Salesforce org where the App is installed.
Click your picture in the top right, and then click My Installs and Subscriptions.
If you are have more than one Salesforce org, you may need to change the selected org using the Viewing As option.
In the row for the desired App’s listing, click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the listing, and then choose Manage Subscription.
At the bottom of the Manage Subscription page, click End Subscription.

If you have finished Step 5 by “clicking the drop-down arrow on the right side of the listing, and then choose Manage Subscription.”, and the information displayed on your screen does not correspond with the image provided in Step 6, please reach out to Fostering at support@fosteringllc.com for further assistance.
