Problem

After entering data in the Batch Entry page and clicking Next, a “There was an issue calculating the time tracked” error occurs.

Solution

Before using Batch Entry, you must populate the Round Time Worked (Minutes) field on the Time Tracking How To & Set Up page.

1. Using the App Launcher, navigate to the Time Tracking How To & Set Up page.
   

   

2. Enter a value in the Round Time Worked (Minutes) field. If you don’t want your time rounded, enter 0. See Time Rounding for more information on rounding time.

3. Click Save.
