Overview

Do you want to allow users to enter more fields when they use the Easy Calendar? Now you can with version 5.0.

When enabled, after a user enters their time using the Easy Calendar and click save, an Edit link will appear. When the user clicks this link a modal will appear enabling them to enter fields for that time entry.

Walkthrough

  1. Go to the tab Time Tracking How To & Set Up.

  2. Scroll down to the Time Tracking Settings and check the box Enable Easy Calendar Edit Fields. This will enable the functionality.

  3. To choose what fields are displayed, go to Setup > Objects > Time Tracking Summary > Field Sets > Easy Calendar.

  4. Drag the field(s) you would like to display to the section In the Field Set.

  5. Save.
